Records of disciplined Monks
A copy of a file of the monks who have been sentenced or have received complaints against them is to be handed to the Secretariat of His Holiness the Pope.
This is in addition to those [files] which are sent to the Secretariat of the Holy Synod. This is order for this information to be available in the Papal Residence when requested, in accordance with the instructions of His Holiness the Pope.
