Addition of newly-found 9th hour of Palm Sunday and rearrangement of 9th and 11th hour

The Committee recommends the addition of the ninth hour of Palm Sunday (which was found by His Grace Bishop Kyrillos Abba Mina in manuscripts) after revision of the Arabic language in the new prints of the Rite of the Pascha and follow-up of this.

The Committee recommended the review of placing the prayers of the of ninth and eleventh hours of Palm Sunday with the prayers of the Eve of Monday of the Pascha (i.e. on Sunday evening), since Palm Sunday is a Major Lordly Feast.
