Formation of Committee to consider wongdoing of monks

It was decided that the Synodal Monastic Committee or a council formed by His Holiness the Pope, should consider the matter of monks who deviate from the basic principles of monasticism, and abuse it and their monasteries, and governing these acts appropriately.
